果冻视频care conducts community health needs assessments every three years for our inpatient hospitals and outpatient surgical centers in the areas that we serve. These assessments were developed by listening to the voices of the community and provide valuable information about health and health related problems that influence individuals’ overall quality of life. The assessments blend community input with various data points to help us understand disparities that exists in vulnerable populations.
