This event is for cancer patients, cancer survivors, hospice patients, and their caregivers. In this class, you will learn about the principles and history of Reiki, the mind-body connection, and its impact on your health. During this class, you will also learn self-healing techniques for daily practice and meditation & grounding exercises for inner peace.

Additional directions:

Class will be held in the 果冻视频 Brock Cancer Center's integrative conference room. Please arrive early to allow yourself time to get settled. Be sure to wear comfortable clothing and bring a sweater or dress in layers so you can be comfortable throughout the event. You are welcome to bring pillows, a blanket, or other items that will support you. Please bring a water bottle and snacks for yourself, and a journal or notepad to take notes.
