What is dry needling?

Dry needling involves inserting thin, flexible needles into the skin and muscle at myofascial trigger points (knots) in your muscles. These needles stimulate connective tissue and help loosen muscle knots, relieving myofascial pain.

Who can benefit and how?

People with muscle pain, tension or injuries can benefit from dry needling. By targeting trigger points, dry needling helps release tight muscles, improve blood flow and reduce pain. It’s effective for athletes, those with chronic pain or anyone recovering from injury.
