As the team that knows you best, we always want your care to start with your primary care team. So, if you are suffering from a minor, non-life threatening illness, we want you to make your primary care team your first stop!Same-Day Appointments
If you need care while the office is open, please call your primary care team to request a same-day appointment. If a same-day appointment is not available, your primary care team may offer to schedule you at a neighboring 果冻视频 Family Medicine Physicians or 果冻视频 Internal Medicine Physicians office, or set up an eVisit or video visit, if applicable.eVisits
An eVisit is an electronic visit offered through our secure portal, 果冻视频 MyChart.
