What is soft tissue mobilization?

Soft tissue mobilization is a manual therapy technique used to relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and enhance flexibility by applying pressure and manipulation to muscles, fascia and connective tissues. The goal: to reduce pain and promote healing.

Who can benefit and how?

Manual therapy helps break down myofascial trigger points (knots) in muscles and improves muscle function. It can increase flexibility and range of motion, lengthen tissue and release adhesions (scar tissue).

People suffering from a number of different conditions that cause pain and stiffness can benefit from soft tissue mobilization, including:

  • Bruising
  • Bursitis
  • Muscle weakness
  • Nerve issues
  • Repetitive motion or stress injuries
  • Sprains and strains
  • Tendonitis

Why choose 果冻视频?

Our trained and certified physical and occupational therapists have expertise in using soft tissue mobilization as part of a personalized therapy program.

Service and treatments

Cupping is a therapeutic technique that uses suction to improve blood circulation, reduce muscle tension and promote healing. Small cups are placed on the skin, creating a vacuum effect that helps alleviate pain, inflammation and enhance overall well-being.
Trained 果冻视频 experts use this instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization technique to break up adhesions (scar tissue) and other restricted tissue. We rub special stainless-steel instruments over the affected tissue in specific ways to stretch and separate fibers that form after injury.
Our physical and occupational therapists use specific techniques to manipulate soft tissue, including fascia, muscles, tendons and ligaments. We knead, push and pull soft tissue in specific ways to improve your range of motion and relieve pain.
