果冻视频 uses education modules provided through the CITI program for research training. These instructions guide you through sign up for 3 required courses:
- Human Subjects Protection - Training must be repeated every 3 years
- Good Clinical Practice - Training must be repeated every 3 years
- Conflict of Interest - Training must be repeated every 4 years

You will need to complete each and send the certificates and transcript to:research_reg@sentara.com
Please also complete this 果冻视频 Conflict of Interest form and send to: research_reg@sentara.com
We require an updated Conflict of Interest form annually.
